What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
We accept many forms of payment. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. You will be billed immediately once your order is confirmed.

Are your waterproof products truly waterproof?
Our waterproof products are WATER-RESISTANT. The leathers and suedes we use in the waterproof line are loaded up with oils that excel at keeping water from soaking through.
What is Air Lite?
Air Lite is our EVA injected outsole, that is super-light and comfortable.
How do I care for my J/SLIDES?
It depends on the material, but we always recommend spot cleaning and allowing to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing or drying machines. If you have more care questions please email customerservice@jslidesfootwear.com and they will assist you.

Are shipping and handling charges refundable?
Shipping and handling is not refundable
Can I change my shipping address?
If the order is still awaiting fulfillment (in the process of being put together) then we can adjust the order
Can I obtain a price adjustment for an online purchase?
This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Can I return an item I purchased with a promotion code?
Absolutely, all items purchased can be returned if it’s in the designated return window
Can I ship an order to a P.O Box or Military Base?
No
Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we can only ship an order to one address.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If you choose to use the enclosed pre-paid UPS return label a fee of $5 will be deducted from your return. Exchanges are always free.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We use GlobalShopEx on our international checkout page.
How can I return my order?

How can I track my order?
You can track your order in your account on our site. If you checked out as a guest, you could track via the automatic email updates. If you have any other questions, you can email our customerservice@jslidesfootwear.com team for assistance.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
Please email customerservice@jslidesfootwear.com and provide the original purchasers name, and order number (if you have it)
How do I return an order that was shipped internationally?

How long will it take for my order to be filled?
It depends on how busy our warehouse is, but we strive to get all orders out within 2 days of purchase. (Unless the warehouse is closed for observed holidays)

What is the usual turnaround time for returns?
Once received, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to be fully inspected and processed by our warehouse team
What is your policy on defective/damaged items?
This is on a case-by-case basis. We always will replace items that may be defective/damaged. If a product is worn and causes issues, we will work with you to find the best solution. If a product was purchased at or through a third party, we recommend going through them first and then to us as a last resort. We will not be able to issue refunds or credits in instances like this. We will try our best to replace the product if we have the means to do so.
What is your return policy?
We have a 45 day return policy for unworn and complete packages. Anything else will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders get cancelled due to there being lack of inventory in the warehouse even if the website says there is stock. This doesn’t happen often but as we all know, technology isn’t perfect, and we’re doing the best we can to ensure this doesn’t happen.
