Returns

JSlidesFootwear.com has a 45-day return policy from the date of purchase. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge), less a $5 processing fee. If you choose to return your item(s), please repack your item with the return form, attach the prepaid FedEx label included in your package and bring to any FedEx drop off location.

Exchanges

EXCHANGES are FREE. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and utilize the prepaid FedEx return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, we suggest placing a new order in the interim.
